Ana Ventura offers a range of products including art prints, books, textile jewellery, screen prints, and original artworks. All products are shipped via post to wherever you are. While we strive for accuracy in Ana Ventura’s product descriptions, availability may vary. Ana Ventura reserve the right to limit the quantity of products she supply.

2. ORDERING

When you place an order in Ana Ventura webshop, make sure all the info you provide is accurate and legit.

We accept various payment methods – just pick your favorite at checkout. Like for example via PayPal, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Mbway or ATM Reference.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and provide estimated delivery times at checkout, normally 3-5 working days. However, please note that actual delivery times may vary. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Unfortunately, We do not accept returns as most pieces are unique. In case of damage at the reception, please send an email with the picture of the product within 2 business days and we will see the best way to resolve this situation.
