INSIDE-OUT

Dressing like someone who undresses from the world to inhabit it. A clear place with no inside out or right way around, where the living body, plant or person, is a only whole. In the elegant and universal grammar of Ana Ventura (increasingly purified) branches, leaves, veins, flowers, birds, arteries, meet on a single side of the map, the inside and outside inhabit the same plane. They are inner gardens, more because they refer to essential intimacy than because they are not in sight.

In the red and blue codes, the circulation that inhabits us, pulsating. In the tracing of space, the encounter in direct superposition between the basic configurations of being alive… lungs, kidneys, rivers, branches… the total undoing of metaphors, thus organic and absolutely clear. Exposed radiographs. To see the invisible. Dressing the invisible. The gestures embroider the existence and reveal, more, the pre-inscribed time in the drawings. The lines gain sensitive matter. Dressing pieces rendering to the suspended plants our body as earth and path for their-our breath. An essential matrix. To dress like someone who dresses the world to inhabit it.
